1. How to be Lens House's member?
Once you have purchased items cost RM100 in a single receipt, you are automatically become our Member.
2. How does membership work?
Point collection. RM1 = 1point.
3. What are the redemptions?
* 150 points - special gift will be given.
* 300 points - a 60ml lens sterile (multi-purpose solution) will be given.
* 500 points - a pair of Geo 1 tone / 2 tones lens will be given.
4. What is the limitation?
Every member must clear / redeem their points on every year.

3. Only serious buyers. No backing out after confirmation of order. Kindly notify us if you're not interested in the item anymore. Backed out buyer without notice will be blacklisted and are not allowed to order anymore in the future.
4. All lenses or items are BRAND NEW in perfect condition.
5. No refunds or exchanges allowed. Buy at your own risk!
6. There are several postal method, it depends on which one you prefer:
Poslaju
The fastest and most secured method. Require signature upon recipient, but rather expensive.
(Takes 1-2working days to arrive)
Pos Ekspress
By the orange Pos Ekspres envelope. Fast, and quite secured. Does not require signature upon recipient, it will just reach your mailbox.

COD method
Buyers must be made FULL Payment first before we send the order to you.
7. Payment must be settled through Bank Transfer or Cash Deposit.
8.International buyers are all welcomed.
